This will serve as legal notice that the City of Sevierville Industrial Development Board (IDB) has scheduled a meeting on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. The meeting will begin at 2:00 PM in Council Hall at the Sevierville Civic Center, 130 Gary Wade Blvd, Sevierville, TN. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss a PILOT agreement with CHM, LLC or an affiliate thereof, a PILOT agreement with Kituwah, LLC or an affiliate thereof, and other items of interest.
