This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on the matter of rezoning property, as proposed in O-2021-002, which consists of land on East Hardin Lane from LDR/R-1, Low Density Residential to MDR/R-2, Medium Density Residential. Said land is noted on the map by the shaded area.

The public hearing will be Monday, March 1, 2021, at 6:00 P.M. Further information on this proposed rezoning may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Office of Planning & Development at Sevierville City Hall by calling 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
