Notice of Public Hearing 10/5/2020 - Proposed Rezoning Temple Lane - O-2020-008

This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on the matter of rezoning property, as proposed in O-2020-008, which consists of land on Temple Lane from AC/C-4, Arterial Commercial to MDR/R-2, Medium Density Residential. Said land is noted on the map by the shaded area.

The public hearing will be Monday, October 5, 2020, at 6:00 P.M., in the Sevierville Civic Center, 130 Gary R. Wade Boulevard, Sevierville, Tennessee 37862. Further information on this proposed rezoning may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Office of Planning & Development at Sevierville City Hall by calling 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
